Po-Sung (Sinclair) Huang is a senior industry executive, independent researcher, and advisor with over 30 years of cross-industry leadership experience spanning electronics, semiconductors, advanced materials, chemicals, and life sciences.

Over his career, he has held senior roles including CFO, Executive Vice President, General Manager, and business-group financial head across major publicly listed companies — including Foxconn (Hon Hai), E Ink (PVI), and Continental Carbon (CSRC). His experience sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, operations, technology, and industrial transformation, with deep exposure to cross-border management, capital markets, M&A, and high-stakes decision-making in highly competitive environments.

Professional Background

With over three decades of senior leadership experience across publicly listed companies, Huang brings a rare combination of executive leadership, strategic finance, operational judgment, and industrial perspective.

His career spans foundational corporate finance training at a multinational (Cyanamid), overseas financial systems and capital-market work in listed electronics companies, business-group financial and operational leadership within a major technology manufacturing group (Foxconn), capital-market and restructuring roles as CFO/EVP, and the transformation of a listed materials enterprise as General Manager. Across these roles, he has worked on product and competitive strategy, major investment and M&A evaluation, post-merger integration, cross-border financing, corporate governance, and the strategic positioning of business units operating under real competitive pressure.

Much of this work — including specific projects, clients, and proprietary strategic initiatives — remains confidential. What carries over into his current research and advisory work is not those particulars, but the level of judgment they required: framing decisions under uncertainty, weighing competitive trade-offs, and bearing accountability for outcomes at the senior management level.

Teaching & Knowledge Transfer
